Our Process
- Consultation: Start by filling out our website form or calling for a consultation to discuss your needs.
- On-Site Visit: We’ll then schedule a visit to your property to discuss details and take measurements for the deck.
- Design & Proposal: After visiting, expect a detailed proposal with deck designs—2D for smaller projects and 3D renderings for larger ones.
- Permitting & Construction: Once the design is approved and an agreement is signed, Rock Remodeling manages all permitting for the construction to start. While we don’t process HOA applications, we provide all the necessary documentation.
